About the Role:

Our client, a well-established Single Family Office in Dubai, is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead its financial operations, investment structures, and strategic planning. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional with a Big 4 background, experience in family offices or private equity funds, and a CA or similar qualification to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing a high-net-worth family's wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the family office's long-term objectives.
• Investment Oversight: Manage financial aspects of investment structures, asset allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, maintaining compliance with international regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and investment partners.
• Governance & Internal Controls: Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance to safeguard assets and financial integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in finance, investment management, or family office environments.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is required.
• Big 4 audit firm background with exposure to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or private equity funds.
• Strong understanding of financial structuring, tax planning, and wealth management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a highly confidential and fast-paced environment.
