Sales Executive - Fintech / Lending Platform

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy, responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging with SMEs in need of financing solutions
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified business leads
  • Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored lending solutions
  • Nurturing relationships with clients and guiding them through the application process
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and funding

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in financial services, fintech/ lending
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident with outbound outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
