Sales Executive - Fintech / Lending Platform
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy, responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging with SMEs in need of financing solutions
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified business leads
- Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored lending solutions
- Nurturing relationships with clients and guiding them through the application process
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and funding
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in financial services, fintech/ lending
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident with outbound outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
