We are currently recruiting for a reputed brand of Montessori Nurseries in the UAE. They are looking for a dynamic nursery manager to manage their new Abu Dhabi branch.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Nursery Manager - Montessori. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include managing nursery staff, implementing Montessori methods, maintaining records, and liaising with parents.The role requires ensuring compliance with all safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Expertise in Nursery Management and Nursery operations
- Experience in Montessori methods and principles is a must
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Similar education
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and children
