Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Media Specialist to join our communications and digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, digital media production, motion graphics, and UI/UX, with the ability to lead visual storytelling initiatives across both print and digital platforms.

• Design and develop visually compelling content including graphics, presentations, motion videos, and digital assets for marketing, internal communications, and public campaigns.
• Lead branding efforts across print and digital platforms ensuring visual consistency.
• Create user-centric UI/UX designs for websites, platforms, and mobile applications.
• Develop creative concepts for high-impact events, public initiatives, and corporate identity materials.
• Produce animated and video content using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and similar tools.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate revisions with speed and quality.
• Coordinate with printers, video editors, and developers to deliver final outputs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, AI design tools, and new technologies to continuously improve content delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• 10+ years of proven experience in graphic design, creative media, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, Cinema 4D, and other multimedia tools.
• Strong knowledge of motion design, UI/UX, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent time management and ability to lead creative projects independently.
• Experience working in or with government or semi-government entities is preferred.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is a plus.
