Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing, advising clients on market conditions and trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing exceptional customer service.The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications- Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI (MIN 1 YR) *

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify potential buyers and tenants
- Show properties to clients and answer their questions
- Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare and manage contracts
- Close sales and leasing transactions
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
- Experience in sales and leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
