Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture Design:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud strategies to align with business and technical objectives.

Enterprise Cloud Migration & Data Modernization:

• Lead enterprise cloud migration strategies with a focus on compliance, security, and data modernization.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Fabric, Kafka, and data analytics platforms to enhance data pipelines.

AI, Machine Learning, and Power Platform Solutions:

• Build AI/ML solutions with Azure AI, integrating them with business processes for transformative insights.
• Develop custom solutions leveraging Power Platforms and Copilot Studio to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Leadership & Problem Solving:

• Provide technical leadership to global teams, mentoring junior staff and guiding projects to successful outcomes.
• Solve complex business challenges through innovative and actionable cloud solutions.

Global Standards & Best Practices:

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPPA, CJIS, FHIR, and other international standards.
• Implement governance frameworks to maintain security and operational excellence.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise cloud architecture, migration, and modernization projects.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Desired Certifications (at least 3):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• DevOps Engineer Expert
• Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, AWS, GCP, Kafka, Splunk, and Power Platforms.
• Proficiency in AI/ML model development and deployment using Azure AI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multicultural, global teams.
• Networking knowledge and proven expertise in infrastructure migration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Continuous learning mindset with the adaptability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPPA, FHIR, CJIS) and best practices in security.
