Operator - Electrical

Position Summary

As part of a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, the Operator - Electrical will support the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems under the supervision of the Executive - Electrical. This role focuses on carrying out routine and preventive maintenance activities, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

This position is essential to ensure that all electrical systems and equipment function efficiently to meet production and operational requirements.

Role Purpose

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support electrical systems and production equipment.

• Electrical maintenance on production equipment including PLCs, HMIs, motors, and control systems.
• Support installation, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime.
• Hands on experience on Maintenance Granulation Equipment , Tablet Press , capsule m/c , Liquid vessels , high speed packaging lines ( Blister Pack Uhlman , Liquid Filling Line SS Packaging , Tablet Counting Line Parle , CAM cartoning machine & labelling machine , Track & Trace system , printer , OCR & OCV , SCDA system , PLC & HMI etc.

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics.
• 3 to 5+ years experience in an OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed lines and programmable systems.
