Facade Technical Manager

Job Description

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Façade Manager to join the construction team in a Large Scale project in Dubai.

Position Summary:

To manage and control Façade package Scope , engineering , procurement , productivity, logistic , manpower and site progress, in accordance with the project contract documents with in the specified time , required interfaces with other trades and expected quality required by the end user.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Establish effective sub contractor package management system
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the relationship between Main contractor, Sub contractor consultant and the Employer.
• Driving the sub contractor package team from planning, engineering, and procurement, testing's production, logistic, manpower and construction completion.
• Follow up with require Engineering approval and assist to technical Dept. in terms of constructability details to get maximum benefit for all related stakeholders
• Follow all related material, PMU , SD approvals and related meetings.
• Forecast package and advice the management for necessary precaution measures.
• Manage sub contractor claims and apply counter claims.
• Responsible for Coordinate and monitor sub contractor package construction plan with KPI systems in each stage in line with main contractor program.
• Push both main contractor and subcontractor simultaneously to close the envelope with strong logistic skills.
• Interfacing with the Project Consultant to resolve and guarantee an efficient approval process as per the program.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil
• 10+ years of relevant work experiences in Large Scale Projects
