Senior Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the exchange product end-to-end — from order book mechanics to regulatory-compliant user journeys. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, regulated environment. You will drive with clarity, influence without authority, and ship product that matters.

Proactively identify gaps in the market, user pain points, and competitive whitespace. You bring ideas to the table that nobody asked you for — and back them with evidence.

• 8+ years in product, 2+ years in fintech/Crypto is a plus
• Strong ownership bias
• Doesn't wait for permission or perfect information to move.
• Trading product depth
• Fluent in order types, execution mechanics, and liquidity concepts.
• Data-led decisions
• Comfortable in SQL and analytics tools. Doesn't outsource insight to an analyst. Influence without authority
• Gets cross-functional teams aligned without needing a formal mandate.
• Regulatory awareness
• Has worked in licensed financial environments. VARA / CBB familiarity is a plus. Clear written communicator
• PRDs, memos, and briefs that engineers, execs, and regulators can all follow.

• You spot a drop in trade completion rates before anyone flags it, diagnose the root cause, and have a fix scoped with Engineering by end of week.
• You walk into a Compliance review with a pre-read that answers their likely concerns before they ask them.
• You push back on a poorly defined feature request from a senior stakeholder — with data, an alternative, and a better outcome in mind.
• You propose a product initiative unprompted because you saw a gap in the competitive landscape and built the business case for it yourself.
