Role Overview

Designation - Operations Executive

Location - Dubai

Contract - 6 months

Salary - 6500

We are seeking an Operations Executive to support daily processing, reconciliation, and operational controls within a fast-paced fintech environment. You will ensure accurate transaction handling, compliance with SLAs, and smooth execution of core operational activities.

• Perform pre-processing and processing checks; raise anomalies for clarification.
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and follow-up of fee-related items.
• Execute error-free daily reconciliations as per DOI and Reconciliation Policy; escalate open issues.
• Support process improvements based on audit findings and internal feedback.
• Manage internal and external follow-ups/escalations for outstanding items within SLA.
• Respond to all communications promptly; send holding responses when needed.
• Maintain updated control sheets and ensure daily transaction reconciliation.
• Track and manage manually controlled transactions within due dates.
• Participate in team meetings and implement agreed action points.
• Attend required trainings and complete mandatory e-learning modules.
• Contribute to projects and lead operational/functional tasks when required.
• Ensure timely archival of records and proper inventory maintenance.

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a quick learning mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer-centric approach.

• Knowledge of WPS processing, cross-border payments, and financial services operations.
• 35 years experience in retail financial services (UAE preferred).
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and other project tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
