Senior Accountant (Arabic Speakers)

• Job Title – Senior Accountant (Arabic Speakers)
• Duration – 12 months extendable contract
• Work Location – JAFZA - Dubai
• Mandatory – Preferably qualified accountant, Advanced Excel, Experience in ERP systems Must be comfortable to go to JAFZA

• Process and post receipts for goods/services rendered.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Record transactions and maintain accurate AR records and ledgers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate payment and account information.
• Respond to vendor, client, and internal inquiries.
• Review client accounts, payment history, and support repayment term improvements.
• Perform administrative tasks including invoicing, data entry, filing, and payment follow-ups.
• Generate financial reports and statements.
• Support Middle East expansion initiatives.
• Assist with month/year-end closing and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and integrity standards.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualification/ Experience and Competencies :

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably qualified accountant
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
• Advanced / Expert in Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems
