The company is a Saudi‑owned real estate organization established in 1884, with operations spanning commercial, residential, and warehouse assets, including acquisition and leasing activities. Over the past 18 years, the business has expanded significantly and is now undergoing a major transformation from a family‑run structure to a fully corporate, process‑driven enterprise.
This role is a critical hire within a business‑wide transformation program, directly supporting the Chairman and senior leadership to redesign processes, improve governance, and enable scalable, technology‑supported operations.
Role Purpose
The Business Systems Analyst will designs and enables data-driven business systems, analytics, and AI-powered solutions to support the Real Estate Operating Model and informed enterprise decision-making. The role bridges business, technology, and governance teams to deliver integrated systems, process optimization, automation, and measurable performance improvements across real estate operations and finance
Key Responsibilities
Business Systems Analysis & Requirements Management
▪ Lead end-to-end business and systems analysis, translating business needs into BRDs, Functional Specifications, System Requirement Documents, and RTMs.
▪ Facilitate structured stakeholder workshops to elicit, validate, and prioritize business, data, and system requirements.
▪ Ensure full traceability from business objectives → processes → systems → data → analytics → insights.
▪ Apply gap and impact analysis across processes, systems, data, and organizational capabilities.
ERP, Data & Enterprise Systems Enablement
▪ Support ERP and enterprise system initiatives including Yardi, SAP, Odoo, or equivalent platforms. ▪ Perform full-cycle ERP business analysis: requirements gathering, data mapping, integration specifications, and UAT support.
▪ Define system integration requirements, API flows, and technology stack dependencies.
▪ Act as the primary liaison between business users, system integrators, and technical teams
Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics
▪ Define business intelligence and reporting requirements, including dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and performance baselines.
▪ Support data modelling, data integration, and data quality assessment across ERP, property management, finance, and operational systems.
▪ Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level reports.
▪ Collaborate with BI teams on Power BI / Tableau solutions.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Skill Detail / Requirement- CBAP - IIBA — Certified Business Analysis Professional; valid at time of application
- Six Sigma - Green Belt minimum; Black Belt applied process improvement projects
- TOGAF - The Open Group — Foundation Level 1 min; Practitioner Level 2 preferred
- ArchiMate - The Open Group — Certified Practitioner Level 2 or higher
- PMP / PMI-PBA / PRINCE2 - Any recognised project or programme management certification (mandatory).
- EFQM Assessor - EFQM Practitioner or Assessor training; post-transformation review capability.
- BRD authoring - Full lifecycle — scope, stakeholders, functional & non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria (Mandatory)
- Process modelling (BPMN) - BPMN 2.0, AS-IS / TO-BE; insert models into Sparx Systems EA repository
- Gap & impact analysis - Data, technology, people & skills gap registers; prioritised by risk & business impact (Mandatory)
- Value stream mapping - Six Sigma DMAIC; identify waste, bottlenecks and optimisation

- Atlassian ecosystem integration - Link Jira to Confluence and third-party tools (Slack, MS Teams); configure automation rules
- Jira administration & configuration - Manage projects, permission schemes, custom fields, screens and workflow transitions
