This role ensures that sales targets are realistic and achievable by aligning demand planning with supply and operational capabilities.

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales team input.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to support planning.
• Monitor product demand, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning reports.
• Identify sales gaps, risks, and opportunities and suggest corrective actions.
• Support budget planning and target setting for sales departments.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability in line with sales forecasts.
• Use ERP and data analytics tools to generate insights and optimize planning accuracy.
• Provide support in planning product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Good understanding of sales cycles, market dynamics, and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
