Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional with experience in events to join our clients team as an Event Manager

Summary:

The Event Manager is the driving force behind each event, leading the full lifecycle from creative concept development to on-site execution and post-event reporting. This role requires strong client leadership, strategic thinking, and precise coordination across creative, logistics, vendor management, and budget control to ensure seamless delivery and impactful experiences

• Role: Event Manager
• Nature of Engagement: Contract till 15-Dec-25
• Work Location: Dubai with a hybrid setup (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Note: Site visits will be required throughout the project. Accommodation will be provided during such visits.

Key responsibilities:

• Full event ownership: Lead end-to-end planning, from concept through to execution and post-event reporting.
• Client management: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, managing all communications, expectations, and approvals.
• Creative oversight: Manage content creation and creative development, including messaging, design, and production assets.
• Vendor sourcing & management: Identify, contract, and oversee vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Health & safety / Risk management: Ensure all vendors and event elements meet health and safety standards; proactively identify and manage risks across the event lifecycle.
• Budget management: Manage the event budget, ensuring delivery within scope and cost parameters.
• Logistics coordination: Manage the venue, catering selection, required transport, and all on-site logistics.
• On-site leadership: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver aligned and engaging experiences.
• Attendee management: Oversee registrations, RSVPs, guest communication, and event experience.
• Post-event evaluation: Conduct event debrief and report on outcomes and recommendations

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management
• Proven ability to lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong skills in creative development, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations and risk management in events
• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license
• Willing to travel regularly from Dubai to various event site locations across the UAE
