Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile investment transactions in line with treasury policies and procedures.
- Support cash forecasting activities, including monitoring liquidity positions and funding requirements.
- Prepare periodic treasury reports and dashboards for management review.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to treasury operations.
- Assist in system enhancements and process improvements within the treasury function.
- Coordinate with front-office, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA/ Any professional qualification is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in treasury back-office or operations role.
- Experience in recording and managing investment transactions and cash positions.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems; experience with eFront is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
