Job Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for a landscaping project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure project compliance with specifications, standards, and client requirements.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures specific to landscaping works (hardscape & softscape).
• Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor the execution of landscape works to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams for materials compliance.
• Participate in internal and external audits, and support project closeout documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in QA/QC roles within landscaping or construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of softscape (planting, soil, irrigation) and hardscape (paving, kerbs, walls, etc.).
• Familiarity with local authority and consultant standards (e.g., ADM, Musanada, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management tools.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
