In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Digital Channel Development and Implementation- Assess areas of development and innovation to existing and new Digital Channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) in order to broaden the overall service offering and enhance Digital Channel services in line with overall objectives of the business group.
- Digital Channel Usage and Reporting- Own and execute Digital channel onboarding, usage and migration related programmes and ensure service failures are resolved immediately to avoid customer dissonance and any threat to the Bank's reputation. Continuously oversee and analyze Digital Channel usage and revenue KPIs to ensure overall business objectives are met
- Quality Certification, Audit and Compliance- Ensure that all services meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 certification for internet Banking/mobile Banking and product development. Administer the retention of such certifications in order to remain compliant and minimize any risk of non-compliance to the Bank. Ensure timely and accurate development of risk and compliance reporting as required in line with the agreed standards in order to communicate activity/incidence reporting and assist in departmental decision making
- People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank's standards
- Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of wealth digital wealth solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Experienced in implementing and managing wealth solutions across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, derivatives, structured products, fiduciary deposits, DPM/advisory mandates, crypto asset, and alternative investments.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for wealth management solutions, including PMS/OMS and advisory tools.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, prioritization, and release planning
- Monitor digital usage, engagement, and revenue KPIs; implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure service availability and promptly resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the bank's reputation.
- Drive process reengineering to align with system workflows and minimize manual intervention.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- implementation and governance of Order Management Systems, ensuring effective trade lifecycle management, integration, and compliance across asset classes.
- Drive implementation and domain ownership of Portfolio Management Systems, enabling real‑time portfolio visibility, performance analytics, and advisory workflows aligned with business needs.
- implementation of Lombard lending capabilities by integrating collateral‑based financing with portfolio systems and ensuring alignment with credit risk and regulatory requirements.
- Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data integrity during system transition.
- At least 12 years of experience in delivering projects with experience in alternate delivery channels within a Bank
- Proven experience in delivering wealth portfolio and order management system, leading data migration, defining digital channel solutions within a banking environment
- Strong understanding of wealth management processes, trading workflows, advisory services, Lombard lending and
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialization
- Project Management Prince II or PMI or Agile (or equivalent) Certification
- Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies
- Planning, analytical and time management skills
- Written and spoken English
