• Orchestrate daily service with seamless attention to detail.
• Lead and inspire the team, cultivating a culture of elegance and professionalism.
• Ensure impeccable service standards, reflecting the prestige of Italian fine dining.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to deliver harmonious guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and poise.
• Train and mentor staff, instilling the art of refined hospitality.
• Oversee inventory and readiness, ensuring flawless operations.

• Proven experience in luxury restaurants or upscale establishments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a refined presence.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Knowledge in Italian cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Fluent in English or other languages are highly valued.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
