Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Executive with a strong customer service background, primarily focused on handling calls, client follow-ups, and engagement, while supporting day-to-day real estate administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Conduct agency outreach and send invitations
- Proactively reach out to agencies from the roster and invite them to visit DPS
- Manage communication and scheduling to ensure a consistent flow of agency visits to the centre
- Collect and maintain agency data accurately
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or call handling roles
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Extremely well spoken and an ace at making calls
- Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred
