Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role located in Abu Dhabi. The Secretary will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.

Additional duties include providing executive administrative support, preparing reports and documents, assisting with company secretarial work, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Clerical skills, including schedule management, filing, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in company secretarial work and legal documentation
  • Proficiency in executive administrative assistance and support
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
