Job Description
NOC Engineers Must Meet The Following Minimum Criteria- 2–4 years experience in NOC / monitoring roles in high-availability environments
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Riverbed RCPE Associate Certified or higher
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, VCP, Microsoft or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of:
- SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, WMI
- Network (LAN/WAN), systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), cloud (Azure)
- Cisco IOS / NX-OS, wireless (Cisco/Meraki preferred)
- OSI and TCP/IP models
