Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To oversee regulatory compliance and safety standards, across all operations within the flydubai Approved Training Organization (ATO), Cabin Crew Training Organization (CCTO) and Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) Program.
Key Responsibilities- Oversees regulatory approval processes for the ATO, CCTO, and MPL program, ensuring all certifications, manuals, procedures, and operational documentation remain fully compliant with regulatory standards.
- Establishes comprehensive audit program to ensure continued oversight of all functions under the ATO, CCTO and MPL program including simulators, and subcontracted activities.
- Verifies adequacy of corrective and preventive actions across ATO, CCTO and MPL-related functions to address raised non-conformities.
- Provides consult on regulatory publications for their impact on ATO, CCTO and MPL programs and initiate necessary actions within the training organization.
- Assesses manuals and local procedures across the ATO, CCTO and MPL domains for regulatory compliance, accuracy, and operational adequacy.
- Analyses compliance data from all training streams (ATO, CCTO, MPL) to provide actionable insights and trend reporting to relevant post holders.
- Leads the coordination of safety risk assessments and management of change processes across all training activities within the ATO, CCTO, and MPL program, ensuring alignment with organizational safety standards.
- Monitors and analyzes safety reports and recommendations across all training functions, ensuring timely and effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Presents safety performance indicators and trend analyses for ATO, CCTO and MPL activities to the Safety Action Group for informed decision-making.
- Remains principal liaison for regulatory authorities and certifying bodies (e.g., GCAA, EASA, IATA), providing strategic oversight on all rules and regulations governing flydubai's training organization, including ATO, CCTO, and MPL operations.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities to support all facets of flydubai's training organization including ATO, CCTO and MPL programs.
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Degree in a field relevant to aviation management, flight operations, aviation safety
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years in a management role with flying experience
- Knowledge of Compliance and/or Safety platforms, MS. Office teams
- Years with qualifications: 7 - 9 years
- Holding or having held an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
