What You'll Be Doing- Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor order accuracy, lead times, SLAs, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Buying and Supply Chain teams to align inventory, replenishment, and demand forecasts.
- Act as a liaison across Tech, Commercial, CS, and other stakeholders to support operational flow and reporting needs.
- Coordinate with IT on projects, ensuring proper UAT completion before launch.
- Oversee 3PL performance against SLAs, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement through feedback.
- Support end-to-end operations (including returns and transfers) and contribute to KPI development and process improvements.
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain with knowledge of global and U.S. customs.
- Hands-on experience in logistics operations and international shipping.
- Experience managing courier performance and SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-oriented mindset.
