Job description / Role

• Identify and attract potential buyers and sellers in the Dubai real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Assist clients in negotiating and closing sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and listings in Dubai.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and leasing paperwork.
• Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and property managers to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Participate in networking events and marketing activities to promote properties and the agency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai market preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients find their ideal property.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.
• Valid UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is a plus.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English (fluency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus)
