Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, UAE, for a Judo Trainer. The Judo Trainer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coaching judo training sessions for individuals and groups of various skill levels. The trainer will develop personalized training plans, focus on techniques, and ensure participants safety during training.Additional responsibilities include staying updated on judo training methodologies and fostering a supportive environment for personal and athletic growth.
Qualifications- Strong experience and expertise in judo techniques, training methods, and competitive strategies.
- Proficiency in developing individual and group training plans tailored to different skill levels.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor participants.
- Commitment to ensuring participant safety and demonstrating proper judo techniques.
- A certification in judo coaching or related qualifications is preferred.
- Knowledge of injury prevention practices and basic first aid is desirable.
- Previous experience coaching competitive athletes is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Certified Judo Black Belt (Dan grade is a plus).
- Coaching experience preferred (youth and adults).
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of competition rules.
