Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (Subject to experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with expertise in interior fit-out and renovation works. The ideal candidate must be DM Approved, hold a SOE Membership, and possess a valid UAE Driving License. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple fit-out and renovation projects with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with clients, design, operations, and procurement teams.
- Secure approvals from DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel, and other authorities.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- DM Approved Engineer License & SOE Membership (Mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in fit-out/renovation.
- Strong project management, AutoCAD, and client communication skills.
