Land Surveyor - Dubai

Employment: Full Time

This role demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct precise land surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare maps, plots, and legal documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate topographical information.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during surveying activities.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of survey findings for stakeholders.
• Travel to various construction sites within Dubai to perform field surveys as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Proficiency with surveying tools such as GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of local land and construction regulations and safety practices.
• Willingness to work on-site and in varying outdoor conditions.
