Job Purpose

The Project Engineer will support project execution activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor construction progress, and ensure projects are delivered according to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

• Support day-to-day site execution and engineering activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress updates.
• Support project planning, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure materials and resources are available as per project requirements.
• Maintain project records and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in construction or real estate development.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and project coordination.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Experience working on large-scale UAE projects is an advantage.
