Job Description:

Basta Design House is seeking a qualified Fit-Out Site Engineer with a strong background in carpentry and joinery works to manage and oversee our interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out and carpentry works
• Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
• Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner
• Maintain site safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, with a focus on carpentry/joinery
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials and installation
• Familiar with local regulations and site procedures in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with high-end residential or commercial projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling, and site documentation
