Executive Assistant Group CEO&aposs Office
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to support the Group CEOs Office by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Group CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Maintain organized and confidential filing systems and records.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Compile data and assist in special projects and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO Office team.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent.
- 35 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in office software and IT tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
