Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Overview
The Senior Mechanical Engineer oversees mechanical systems associated with tower, residential and office/ retail projects, including HVAC, fire-fighting, water systems, and related utilities.
Your role- Review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Supervise installation of pumps, piping, firefighting systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, electrical, and MEP teams.
- Lead site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA).
- Prepare progress reports and identify technical challenges.
- Support procurement by evaluating suppliers and equipment specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-15 years' experience in tower, residential and office/ retail projects .
- Strong knowledge of pumps, HVAC, mechanical utilities, and fire systems.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit) preferred.
