To support our operations, we are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio, expand our market presence, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving the growth of Medisals pharmaceutical products in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Medisals products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and consistent client engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations for medical and pharmacy staff.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to propose effective positioning strategies.
- Participate in industry events, medical conferences, and trade exhibitions to represent the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback in CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing; experience in IV solutions or hospital supplies is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the UAE healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Experience with institutional sales and government tender processes.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of regional regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Salary: AED 2,000 2,500 per month (all inclusive), depending on experience
