We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef with proven experience in French pastries, cakes (individual and large format), and catering production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, design, and execution of premium-quality pastry items for both our bakery and large-scale catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide range of French pastries, including but not limited to tarts, éclairs, choux, mille-feuille, entremets, and macarons.
  • Produce both large and mini cakes for catering, events, and retail sales.
  • Oversee daily production and ensure consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and catering team to plan pastry menus for events.
  • Innovate and develop new seasonal and event-based pastry items.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff as needed.
