Job Description
Job Title: Retail Value Fashion Supervisor Reports To: Store Manager / Department Manager Location: Retail Store Environment
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Training: Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to achieve personal and team sales targets. Conduct daily team briefings on KPIs and performance targets.- Sales Generation
KPIs: Drive store targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and items per transaction.
Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, rota management, and scheduling. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Visual Merchandising Inventory: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect current trends. Oversee inventory replenishment, stock transfers, and deliveries.
Cash Management Security: Oversee POS operations, including accurate cash handling, banking, and processing transactions. Adhere to loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience. Required Skills Qualifications
Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment. Leadership: Strong team-leading abilities with experience in mentoring and coaching.
Operational Skills: Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to handle staff issues and client service.
Fashion Knowledge: Good understanding of fashion trends and brand awareness.
