Data & Reporting Analyst (Rail) Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support decision-making across the project. The role will focus on data collection, analysis, dashboard preparation, reporting automation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Produce weekly and monthly reports covering cost, schedule, risk, progress, performance, and key project KPIs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple stakeholders and reporting sources.

Integrate data from Primavera P6, ERP systems, risk tools, Excel trackers, and other project platforms.

Analyze trends, delays, cost impacts, risks, and project performance indicators.

Support PMO and senior leadership with clear, actionable reporting.

Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.

Prepare management presentations and executive dashboards.

Coordinate with planning, cost, risk, engineering, and project control teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, IT, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or project controls reporting.

Experience in infrastructure, rail, construction, or mega projects is strongly preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.

Familiarity with project controls, EVM, planning, cost, and risk reporting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
