Job Description

Monitor cash flow and bank balances

project wise costing report to GM

Assist in annual audit and VAT filing

Monitor project-wise income and expenses

Reconcile project costs with BOQ and budgets

Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices

Process supplier payments

Follow up customer receivables and collections

Reconcile supplier and subcontractors accounts

Manage retention and advance payments

Process salary and overtime

Calculate gratuity, leave salary, EOS provisions

Coordinate WPS salary transfer

Handle employee advances and deductions

Prepare bank reconciliations
