Estimated Salary: AED 35K to 45K per month total + Bonus (annual, performance based and discretionary) + Family status (if applicable): visa, medical insurance, annual flights
About the Opportunity
A well established, international, oil and gas industrial player with over 1,000 employees and located in Jebel Ali Freezone, are seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel.
Required Profile
Mix of private practice and in-house counsel experience, with mandatory exposure to heavy industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, manufacturing, construction).Legal Expertise: Strong in contract law, including drafting and negotiating agreements.Stakeholder Management: Proactive, with strong relationship management skills.Leadership: Ability to manage and develop a small legal team, including Paralegals.Technology: Familiarity with legal tech and process automation is a plus.8+ years PQE in legal
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory
Arabic fluency (also) is preferred.
Education:Bachelor's degree in law with strong academic credentialsMinimum 8 years' legal experience, including meaningful in‑house exposure.Strong background in corporate, commercial and governance mattersExperience supporting project‑based, industrial or energy‑related businesses preferred.
