Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI creation, with the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys and scalable design systems.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and modern design trends while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and final handoff.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs and pain points.
• Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI standards for consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant, and effective user experiences.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are followed in all digital products.
• Work closely with frontend development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and interaction design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, case studies, and design problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing for enterprise or large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools, A/B testing, and conversion optimization is an advantage.
