Were looking for an experienced and highly talented Motion Designer to join our design team at nybl. If you live and breathe movement, if you see static visuals and instantly imagine how they should flow, pop, and tell a story, then this ones for you.

As our Motion Designer, youll craft visually striking, emotionally engaging motion graphics that do more than just look pretty; they communicate, educate, and convert. From onboarding videos to campaign reels, animated explainers to sleek UI micro interactions, youll shape how people experience the brand in motion.

• Design captivating motion graphics, reels, and animated videos, including product demos, product explainers, campaign animations, UI micro interactions, and dynamic intros/outros for programs and branded content.
• Animate static assets provided by graphic designers and can create visuals entirely from scratch when requested.
• Build on-brand visual content that enhances clarity, emotion, and engagement for social platforms, events, and the companys website.
• Work closely with the Creative Art Director to maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries.
• Collaborate across teams such as marketing, product, and sales, to bring creative ideas to life.
• Execute projects from concept to final frame, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Optimize motion content for different platforms and resolutions (smooth playback matters!)
• Stay curious and inspired, keep up with the latest trends and motion tools.

• Have a strong design sense and animation rhythm
• Think in frames and sequences, not just final stills
• Are obsessed with visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and typography
• Balance creativity with precision, your animations arent just cool, theyre effective
• You can excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• 4+ years of motion graphics or animation experience
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Bonus: Familiarity with VFX, Cinema 4D, or any 3D software is a plus
• Confident in crafting 2D, 2.5D, and stylized 3D animations
• Is comfortable designing layouts and motion graphics in both English and Arabic
• Strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating your range and creativity
• Bachelors degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Applications without a portfolio and showreel will not be considered

Note: Bilingual design (English & Arabic) is not optional. The role requires hands-on expertise in creating layouts and motion graphics for both languages.
