Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are working with a leading Project Management Consultancy in Dubai that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and client-focused professional with a strong background in delivering hospitality projects across the UAE or wider GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hospitality projects from inception through to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage design coordination, procurement, and contract administration
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, PMP or equivalent) is essential
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management consultancy (PMC)
• Proven track record delivering hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, branded residences)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
