Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager Business Applications to lead and manage ERP and HRMS systems within our organization. The role requires strong hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP solutions such as Oracle Fusion, Odoo, and HRMS platforms like Oracle HRMS or SAP SuccessFactors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate and Contracting industries, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the implementation, customization, and support of ERP and HRMS applications
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and ERP partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and propose best practice solutions aligned with industry standards
- Drive process improvements, automation, and change management initiatives across departments
- Provide hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion, Odoo, Oracle HRMS, and SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure system integrations between ERP, HRMS, and other business applications are seamless and effective
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and workshops for business users
- Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and implement enhancements based on business needs
- Maintain strong governance and documentation of processes, configurations, and business workflows
- Collaborate with IT and business leadership to build a roadmap for digital transformation initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/HRMS implementation and support, preferably with System Integrators or client-side roles
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Contracting industry ERP and HRMS implementations (highly preferred)
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion, Odoo, Oracle HRMS, and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Real Estate modules
- Experience in managing full-cycle ERP implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Strong ability to suggest process improvements, adopt best practices, and lead change management initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate; availability to join within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
