Senior Analyst BRF Team Regulatory Reporting

Join our dynamic Regulatory Reporting team and play a vital role in shaping the future of financial reporting through data automation and precision.

What You Will Do:

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely Banking Return Forms (BRF) to the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
• SRR Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation of Bi-weekly Statistical Reserve Requirement (SRR) returns in alignment with CBUAE guidelines.
• Automation Projects: Actively contribute to regulatory reporting projects aimed at optimizing and automating BRF data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Data Requests Management: Manage and prepare responses to data and survey requests from statistical authorities in the UAE.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities, addressing queries and supporting regulatory discussions.
• Governance Reporting: Assist in preparing materials and insights for governance committees and senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
• 23 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Accounting functions.
• Familiarity with CBUAE reporting standards and requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in regulatory reports and financial calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial databases, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to gather and evaluate large volumes of financial data.
• Strategic thinking and regulatory advisory experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and finance/accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of banking regulatory frameworks and policies.
