Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of patient visits.They will directly interact with patients, providing exceptional support, answering queries, and liaising effectively with relevant healthcare teams. Proficiency in Arabic is a key requirement to ensure clear communication and cater to patient needs effectively.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties, with the ability to coordinate patient visits effectively
