Cluster Manager, Security

Job Description
This role ensures the safety and security of guests, colleagues, assets, and facilities, while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment that meets company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day security operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate security coverage for events, VIP visits, and high-traffic periods.
- Supervise, train, and develop the security team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and readiness.
- Ensure proper crowd control, access control, and surveillance in all designated areas.
- Collaborate with all the departments to ensure integrated safety measures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and breaches; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Oversee emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety, and marine-related incidents.
- Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Control departmental budgets, resources, and inventory of security equipment.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of security management experience, preferably within hospitality and resorts
- Strong knowledge of outdoor security operations.
- Certification in security management or relevant licenses (as per local regulations).
- First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response certifications are preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with flexible hours.
