About the Client:A new Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, celebrated for its outstanding service and world-class hospitality.
Job Description:- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, and ensure that they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience
- Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details
- Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills
- Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar field; With good and clear English communication skills
-Experience with Italian pre-opening operations is a plus.
Salary: AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
