Senior Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition

Job Description

• Ensuring the right implementation of the Emiratization, rules and policies as appear in HR law or any decisions and directions related to replacement of the non-local employees processes
• Participate in preparing awards files by providing and presenting any data related to Emiratization
• Preparing presentations and reports requested from departments including any data related to Emiratization
• Provide the requirements of information and data for external parties regarding Emiratization and locals employees, and present to the regular meetings that required and replying to their inquiries
• Study suggestions and recommendations of proposals and programs related to Emiratization across RTA
• Any additional responsibilities as required by the department
