Interior Fit-out Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE authority submission processes and proven experience managing high-end interior fit-out projects across F&B, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

You will be responsible for managing projects from design coordination through authority approvals, site execution, handover, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover
• Strong knowledge of project execution and authority approval processes, including submission and coordination with the following:

DEWA

Dubai Municipality (DM)

Dubai Development Authority (DDA)

Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)

• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors to obtain timely approvals
• Plan project timelines, budgets, manpower, and procurement
• Oversee site execution, quality control, safety, and compliance
• Conduct client meetings, progress reporting, and variation management
• Ensure projects meet authority, client, and contractual requirements
• Manage snag lists, testing, commissioning, and final handover

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management
• Strong working knowledge of UAE authority approval processes (DEWA, DM, DDA, DCD, DHA)
• Experience working on projects for:
• Emaar, Dubai Holding, TECOM, MERAAS, or similar developers
• Excellent understanding of fit-out materials, MEP coordination, and site execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
• UAE Driving License preferred
