Job Objective
To lead and deliver accurate, competitive, and risk-informed cost estimates for complex projects under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project scope, and market conditions. The role is responsible for developing and validating capital cost estimates across all project phases (concept, FEED, and EPC), supporting investment decisions, and maintaining cost control integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
