What is the role
Silkhaus is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to join our team at Silkhaus. In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our operations across Real Estate, Customer Experience, Live Ops, Maintenance, and Cleaning.You'll own the quarterly roadmap, drive performance management, and collaborate across teams to streamline execution, unlock efficiency, and support our mission of building world-class short-term rental operations.
What You'll Do- Lead Strategic Ops Initiatives: Drive cross-functional, high-impact projects across Real Estate, CX, Live Ops, Maintenance, and Cleaning departments ensuring alignment with Silkhaus operational priorities.
- Quarterly Roadmap Ownership: Build and own a quarterly roadmap of critical strategic initiatives; lead end-to-end execution and ensure smooth transition of successful projects into business-as-usual operations.
- Performance Management Enablement: Support the development and implementation of performance frameworks across the Ops org, ensuring we're accurately measuring, reviewing, and delivering against KPIs /OKRs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Business Understanding & Integration: Develop a deep understanding of the Silkhaus operating model to proactively identify operational bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Accountability: Serve as a bridge across teams, driving accountability, clarity, and structured execution in a fast-moving environment, while supporting leadership in tracking and hitting Ops objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or program management roles, ideally in high-growth tech or real estate environments
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and implementing performance management frameworks (e.g., KPIs, OKRs)
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to own and execute complex roadmaps
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action and accountability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or property management sectors is a strong plus
