Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing visual content for both digital and print platforms, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing.If you're passionate about visual storytelling and brand consistency, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media content, presentations, and digital ads.
- Create visual concepts that align with the company's branding and real estate campaigns.
- Develop content for social media platforms, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and photographers/videographers to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality control.
- Support the design needs of other departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a marketing agency.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (must be submitted with application).
- Knowledge of real estate trends and property marketing is a plus.
